The purpose of the Executive Group is:
- To communicate decisions on the Operations aspects, decisions and targets to the functional groups of UKTram
- Working groups will communicate progress and actions the functional groups and may be required to present their work to the Executive
- The Chair’s of the functional groups communicate the decisions of the Executive to members at their group meetings.
