Edinburgh Trams is marking its 3rd anniversary with a short film highlighting the success of the tram and how it is now playing a crucial role at the heart of the city’s transport network.

Lee Harrison, Managing Director, explained:

” We’re all really proud of what’s been achieved over the past three years, and the launch of the film on our website aims to highlight that success.

“It features time-lapse footage of the tramway in action, interviews with local business leaders and a host of facts and figures demonstrating its growing popularity and importance to the city’s economy.

“The launch of ‘Journey to Success’ also seemed like an appropriate way to mark our 3rd ‘birthday’ on May 31.”

Over the coming weeks, customers are being urged to keep an eye on social media for more activities. Customers are encouraged to get involved using the hashtag #tramiversary.
