It was established to enable key public and private sector stakeholders in the UK tramway industry to present a unified front when dealing with government and statutory bodies and develop a coordinated and structured approach to regulation, procurement, and standardisation within the industry.
2. Use of the UKTram Website is governed by these Terms and Conditions
Your use of this Website constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not fully accept these Terms and Conditions, you must leave the website immediately.
3. UKTram may at any time revise these Terms and Conditions
You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms and Conditions in case they change. Your continued use of the UKTram Website after a change is treated as your acceptance of that change.

Whilst UK Tram tries hard to ensure that the website functions correctly and is normally available 24 hours a day, UKTram is not responsible if, for any reason, the website is unavailable at any time or for any period.

You shall fully indemnify UKTram for any loss or damage suffered by UKTram or any associated companies or organisations for a breach of paragraph 5 (b).

Omission by UKTram to exercise any right under these Terms and Conditions will not constitute a waiver of such right unless expressly stated by UKTram in writing.
