As part of UKTram’s continued development, vision and growth, the organisation is
looking to appoint two Non-Executive Directors.
They will replace two members of the existing board who are due to stand down at
the next AGM, scheduled for Tuesday, December 10.
UKTram is particularly interested in representatives from our owners and authorities,
or those with legal or strategic experience to ensure a diverse and wide-reaching
representation across the sector.
Information on requirements, time commitments and Heads of Terms is available on

jameshammett@uktram.co.uk, and a CV, biography, and a brief submission
for presentation to the board should be included. Applications must be received by 17.00 on November
22, 2024.
Formal notice of the AGM and an agenda will be circulated ahead of the meeting as
detailed in UKTram’s Articles of Association.
