KAM are pleased to bring onto the market the now redundant (to the network) Special Purpose Vehicle, match wagon and spare parts. The disposal of the vehicle is to be undertaken via the “sealed bid” process.

LOT 1.

Diesel locomotive and Match Wagon which were delivered “new” to the Metrolink network in 1991. The SPV itself was new build and the match wagon was converted from a former British Rail tank wagon. The SPV is equipped with a 1-ton HIAB unit which is not currently certified but was overhauled around ten years ago and has seen little use since.

The vehicle has been out of regular use and maintenance for around 30 months and is sold subject to the conditions of sale below. Recent maintenance records are available however no documentation other than these exists.

Buyer to collect from Queens Road depot, Irish Town way, Cheetham Hill Road Manchester M8 0RY assistance with positioning the vehicle for collection will be provided.
